Shipping policy

At MuteJoy, we know privacy matters. Every order is packed with discreet shipping in mind, using plain outer packaging with no obvious product names, intimate wellness wording, or product images on the outside of the package.

This policy explains how we process, ship, and track your order so you know exactly what to expect before you buy.

Where We Ship

MuteJoy currently ships to the United States and Canada.

If your location is available at checkout, we are able to ship to your address. If your location is not available, we may not currently ship to that area.

Discreet Shipping & Plain Packaging

All MuteJoy orders are packed with privacy in mind.

Your order will arrive in plain outer packaging. The outside of the package will not show obvious product details or intimate wellness wording.

This helps make the delivery experience more private for customers shopping for quiet vibrators, discreet toys for roommates, thin walls, under blankets use, first time comfort, or travel friendly storage.

Free Standard Shipping Over $70

MuteJoy offers free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.

Standard shipping usually takes 4–7 business days after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

For orders under $70, standard shipping is $8.95.

The free shipping threshold is calculated based on your order subtotal after discounts and before taxes, unless otherwise shown at checkout.

Order Processing Time

We work to ship orders quickly and discreetly.

Most orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time are processed the same business day. Around 90% of orders placed before this time ship the same business day, while the remaining orders are usually processed the next business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM Central Time are usually processed the next business day.

Our warehouse is usually closed on weekends and holidays. This means orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday, or during a holiday will usually ship on the next business day.

For example, an order placed on Friday afternoon will usually ship on Monday, unless Monday is a holiday.

Available shipping options will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Standard Shipping

• Cost: $8.95
• Free on orders of $70 or more
• Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days after processing
• Tracking included

Priority Shipping

Priority shipping is available for customers who want a faster delivery option.

Priority shipping usually takes 2–4 business days after processing, depending on your location and the carrier.

Priority shipping rates are based on package weight:

• 0–1 lb: $15.95
• 1.0001–2 lb: $18.95
• 2.0001–3 lb: $21.95
• 3.0001–4 lb: $24.95
• 4.0001–5 lb: $26.95
• 5.0001–7 lb: $34.95
• 7.0001–10 lb: $36.95
• 10.0001–20 lb: $44.95
• 20.0001–30 lb: $54.95

Priority shipping estimates do not include order processing time.

Tracking Your Order

All MuteJoy orders ship with a tracking number.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us, and we will help you look into it.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are based on the shipping method selected, your location, carrier performance, and processing time.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, address issues, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

MuteJoy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address entered at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing and final delivery are handled by the carrier.

If your tracking says the package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check:

• Around your front door, mailbox, parcel locker, building entrance, or delivery area
• With roommates, household members, neighbors, or building staff
• Any delivery photo or location note from the carrier
• Your local carrier office, if applicable

If the package still cannot be located, contact us, and we will help guide you through the next steps.

MuteJoy is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will always do our best to support you.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box

Please keep the product, packaging, and shipping materials until we have reviewed your request.

If the item inside is damaged or defective, we will help resolve the issue through manufacturer warranty support, replacement assistance, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

International Shipping to Canada

MuteJoy currently ships to Canada.

Canadian customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by Canadian authorities or the carrier.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customs processing may also cause delivery delays that are outside our control.

Discreet Delivery Notes

We do our best to make every shipment private and discreet.

However, carriers may still send standard tracking updates, delivery notifications, or delivery photos depending on the shipping service used.

We recommend choosing a secure delivery address whenever possible, especially if you live with roommates, in an apartment building, or in a shared household.
